My deepest sympathy to all of you. I had the privilege of working with Nelson for several years at the Monroe County Office of Emergency Management. He was a wealth of knowledge and a true professional. I am honored to have known him. May he rest in peace.

I will miss Nelson's subtle humor and gentle ways. We worked closely in the 1980's trying to establish training programs for technicians at Ginna Station. Like anything new, it was met with resistance and had many uncertainties. I expressed my frustrations to him. He coached me to act like I was " driving a bumper car " amongst potential allies who would eventually seek the same goals if I could show them a clear pathway. He used the bumper

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Kiedrowski. I have many fond memories of growing up with him at church, and times that I was welcomed into your home to play with Dawn. I am glad he had his family beside him when he passed. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
