Victor: Passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the age of 93. She was born Doris Helen Hawkes on Monday, February 9, 1931 in Yardville, New Jersey. Doris is survived by her husband Carl of 70 years; sons Brian (Erica) of Springdale, Arkansas; David (Karen) of Victor, NY and James of Skaneateles, NY; daughter Leslie of Henrietta, NY; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.

Doris loved the outdoors. She and Carl enjoyed gardening and swimming in the lakes around the area in which they lived. In addition, they both enjoyed downhill skiing, and the many trips they took together for over thirty years with their ski club. Doris loved the game of golf, and continued to play to the age of 91. Doris will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Services for Doris will be private.
