Canandaigua: Donna passed away on March 4, 2019.  She was born on May 26, 1953 to Thomas and Marion Gardner.  Donna was also predeceased by her brother, John E. Gardner, sister, Barbara Jean Gardner and nephew Steven M. Gardner. Donna will be sadly missed by her sister, Sharon (Kim) Griffin, brother Fred Gardner; nieces and nephews Brenda (Martin) Morris, Teresa (Marty) Bates, Alisha (Robert) Rich, Tod (Carie) Gardner,  Kelly (Glenn) Purvis, Steven (Courtney) Gardner, Nicholas Gardner, and Jason (Wendy) Griffin; her loving great nieces and nephews, Christopher and Hannah Morris, Brittany (Ken) Mott, Lincoln, Jackson and Desmond Rich, Devin, Kyle and Nathan Gardner, Tyler and Alexis Gardner, Peyton and Khloe and Sadie Purvis.  Donna is also survived by special friends, Chelsea Douggan, Dana Gebo and Rachel Prober, who cared and loved Donna for many years. 

Donna was very involved with her bible study group, through New Covenant Baptist Church.  She enjoyed the fellowship with her church and activities with her community house.  Donna loved going to garage sales and shopping.  Above all, Donna loved spending time with her family.  Her brother and sister were very important to her.

A celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Saturday (March 9), 11 AM at New Covenant Baptist Church, 4317 Co.
