Edward Henry Leuchtner  "Ed"

Henrietta:  Passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the age of 77.  Ed was born on May 11, 1941 in Rochester, NY to the late Joseph and Mary Leuchtner.  He is survived by his wife Jane; sons Stephen (Michelle) Leuchtner and Brian Leuchtner; sister, Carol Vandermark; brother, Louis Howden; stepdaughter, Michele Metz; stepson, Glen Metz; grandchildren, Stacie (Jared) Schwager, Gia Dumbleton, Blake, Bianca and Chloe Pacello; beloved pet Princess, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Ed was a graduate of Palmyra-Macedon High School and served in the United States Air Force during Vietnam.  Ed worked for many years as a systems engineer with Rochester Telephone.

All are invited to gather for a time of visitation from 12:30-3PM and 6:30-9PM, Wednesday, July 18, 2018,  at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 123 East Jackson Street, Palmyra, NY 14522.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Patick's Catholic Church, at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Main Street (Route 31) Macedon on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 10AM.  Interment will follow in St. Anne's Cemetery, Palmyra, NY.  Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association or the Palmyra American Legion.
