I have many fond memories of Aunt Joyce. She lived in an upstairs apartment of our house when I was very young and graciously tolerated our impromptu visits. She included us in many fun activities and was a wonderful mentor. I visited her on a farm the summer I turned 10, at the end of the week she hosted the DeLaney Family Reunion picnic. She was an amazing Mother and Aunt and wonderful mentor when I began raising my children. I will always treasure my memories of Aunt Joyce.

Aunt Joyce was so special. She took good care of everyone, and was especially tuned in to children, understanding their needs, and always providing what they needed. She gave me a lot of encouragement as I was growing up, I loved being around her. I feel so much gratitude that she was part of my life. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
