Marceline O’Connor

Clifton Springs, NY:  Peacefully entered into rest on March 2, 2019 at the age of 87. Marceline was born in Rochester, NY on March 16, 1931. She passed away just two weeks shy of her 88th birthday. Predeceased by her son David. Survived by her children; Wendy Heckman, Michael (Erin) O’Connor, Maureen (Vance) Kannapel, Sheila (Chuck) Goff, Timothy (Becky) O’Connor, Heather O’Connor, Patrick O’Connor and Sean O’Connor.  Also survived by 12 grandchildren; Kyle, Jessica, Rebecca, Amanda, Brenna, Kara, Aundrea, Marissa, Cody, Kevin, Christian and Deidra. Fondly known as “Gigi” by her eight great grandchildren that she absolutely adored!  

Marceline was compassionate and caring for all around her. She spent her career as a hospice nurse. When she was not caring for her patients, she was attentive to her children and grandchildren.  With a passion for fashion, Marceline always dressed to impress. Her motto was “when you look good, you feel good.” She had an infectious laugh, was an eloquent writer and could dance one heck of a jitter bug. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
