Henrietta: Suzanne passed away on July 5, 2018 at age 75 after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was predeceased by her brother, James Martin and sister, Helen Martin.  Suzanne is survived by her children, Jeri Flack and David S. (Joann) MacFall; grandchildren, Samantha Helen, Darci June and Pamela Sue MacFall, Olivia Jane and Delaney Mae Flack; sister, Sydney Jankowski; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Early in her career, Suzanne worked as a teacher for the Rochester City School District.  She left teaching after having two children and then returned to work for Rochester Institute of Technology, in the veteran’s affairs office. After 10 years of service with RIT, Suzanne left and went to work for the US post office.  There she worked for over 20 years and retired in 2005.  Suzanne enjoyed traveling the world with her good friends and family. Since 1971, Suzanne has been a member of John Calvin Presbyterian Church.  For the past 5 years, Suzanne spent many hours volunteering for the Ronald McDonald house.
A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held on Friday (July 13) at 6:30 PM at John Calvin Presbyterian Church, 50 Ward Hill Rd., Henrietta, NY 14467.  Contributions in Suzanne’s memory may be directed to Palliative Care at URMC, urmc.rochester.edu.  To leave the family an online condolence, please visit www.murphyfuneralservices.com.
