Macedon – Barbara passed away on July 13, 2023 at age 69.  She was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Helen Mack.

Barbara is survived by her son, Chad Perkins, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Kathryn (Jason) Herzog; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Chad, Jr. (Julianna), and Kyler; great granddaughter, Alaia; siblings, Dr. Daniel J. (Kim) Mack, Sr., Thomas (Bebe) Mack, Catherine (Richard) Wilson, Mary (Ron) Darcangelo, and Sharon Cooper; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; childhood friend, Chris Homa and many close friends.

Barbara is a 1971 Graduate of Chenango Valley Jr. & Sr. High School and the University of Albany 1975.  Barbara loved crocheting, stitching and being Boppie to her Grandchildren.  She was a caregiver to her father and assisted him in many WWII events and talks.  She loved purple, Tinkerbell, Barbie Dolls, Board games and her ministry.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Barbara's Memorial Mass on Saturday (July 22), 11 AM at Church of the Resurrection, 63 Mason Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.  Barbara will be laid to rest in Riverside Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Barbara may be directed to the church.
