Barbara J. Eddy

Webster: Barb passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, June 16, 2018.  She was born in Rochester, NY to the late Robert and Virginia Wilson.  Barb was also predeceased by her mother-in-law, Patricia Eddy; father-in-law, Edward Eddy.  Barb is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Dave Eddy; she was also a loving mother to her daughters, Stephanie Eddy and Valerie (Kevin) Weiss;  Barb was an adoring "Mimi" to her granddaughters, Hailey, Carley and another granddaughter on the way, Baby Sophie; and her other children, her cats, Sonny and Charlie; Barb is also survived by many loving and caring family and friends.

Her whole life, Barb was an avid Steelers fan.  She loved traveling and treasured her time during two trips touring Italy.  Barb spent summers camping with family and friends, the last twenty years at Lake Bluff.  Barb enjoyed hosting and cooking, always ensuring you had a full plate of food, and she a full glass of Chardonnay.  A graduate of Mercy High School and Oswego State College, Barb kept in touch with her many friends and co-workers through lunches and book groups.  Above all, Barb adored her family, loving and spoiling them at every opportunity. Barb's family would like to extend a special thank you to Strong Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ifty, Dr. Lipe and their teams for their exceptional support and care.
