Beverly A. Orr      "Bev"

Macedon: Passed away in her sleep on Thursday, February 23, 2017.  Bev was born on November 25, 1937 to the late Ivan and Arlene Orr and was also predeceased by her twin brother, Bernard L. Orr; sister, Doris J. Orr and special friend, June Geil.  She is survived by her special friends, Connie Geil, Tina Katz and Todd Geil, extended family and friends.

Bev was retired from Mobil Chemical where she had spent the last years of her career doing accounting.  She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Macedon.  Bev found great enjoyment in playing cards and often her days schedule would revolve around plans to play any card game.

There will be no public visitation and her burial will be held privately at Oakwood Cemetery, Baird Road, in Penfield, NY.  All are invited to gather on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 11AM, for a service of remembrance and a celebration of the life of Bev, at the First Baptist Church of Macedon, 58 West Main Street (State Route 31), Macedon, NY 14502.  Expressions of sympathy in memory of Bev may be directed to the church, or to the Humane Society of Wayne County.  To light a candle, leave a condolence, or upload a photo, please go to www.murphyfuneralservices.com.
