Passed away peacefully, at her home in Macedon, on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the age of 90. Carolyn was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on Tuesday, February 19, 1924.  She proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard during WW II.  Carolyn is survived by her children; Joan (Dave) Dummer of Sevierville, TN, Steven (Kellie) Eichas of Port St. Lucie, FL, Patricia (Russell) Yatteau of Palm Bay, Florida, Marianne (Brooks) Powell of Virginia Beach, VA, Rosemary (Richard) Gifford of Livonia, NY, Kathleen (Patrick) Tehan of Irondequoit, NY, Carolyn (James) Lieber of Ontario, NY and James Eichas of Macedon, NY; brother, Dr. Charles (Darrilyn) Gluck of Charlotte, VT. There will be no public visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorials in memory of Carolyn may be directed to Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450 in memory of her love for animals. The family would also like to thank their brother, Jim, for lovingly taking care of mom for many years.  There were times when the care she required was beyond what most of us are capable of but Jim persevered and carried out mom's last wish.  You should be proud of yourself.  Online condolences may be left at www.murphyfuneralservices.com .
