Claire O'Toole

Macedon: Formerly of Ridgefield, NJ and Brunswick, ME, entered into eternal rest, peacefully on October 21, 2015 at age 91.

Claire was born on November 14, 1923 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  She was predeceased by her husband, Victor O'Toole; parents, Jerome and Gabrielle Paquette; sisters, Lucille Turcotte, Rita Paquette and Margeurite Charbonneau.  She is survived by her children, Margaret (Rod) Waltman of South Bend, IN, Kathleen (William) Ball of Naples, FL and John (Liz) O'Toole of Walworth, NY; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.

Claire was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.  Her joys in life were cooking, sewing, knitting and volunteering for others.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Wayne County Nursing Home and Lifetime Care for their love and special care to Claire.

Friends may join Claire's family on Friday (October 23) from 5-8 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 123 East Jackson St., Palmyra, NY 14522.  Claire's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (October 24) at 1 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 43 Gebhardt Rd., Penfield, NY 14526.  Interment will take place at a later date in Brunswick, ME.  Contributions in Claire's name may be directed to, Walworth Fire Department, Attn: Fund Drive, PO BOX 66, Walworth, NY 14568 or to Wayne County Nursing Home, 1529 NYE Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 or to Lifetime Care Hospice, 800 W.
