Macedon – Formerly of Henrietta, Clara passed away on October 1, 2025 at age 94.  Clara was born on October 18, 1930 to the late Stephen and Irene Jay. She was also predeceased by her husband, Ernest Prince; siblings, Steve, Raymond, Dean, and Etta.

Clara is survived by her children, Kathy (Craig) Sypnier and David (Linda) Prince; grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica (Paul), Wyatt, and Ezra; great grandchildren, Adeline, Emma, and Judah; many nieces and nephews.

Clara was the servant of servants, spending all her time baking and cooking for others, caring for her family and praying for everyone she knew and met.  Her legacy of faith and love is passed throughout generations, living on through her children and grandchildren.

A celebration of Clara's life will be held on Thursday (October 16), 2 PM at Cross Creek Church, 3700 Rte. 31, Palmyra, NY 14522. Clara will privately be laid to rest in White Haven Memorial Park.
