Cornelia (Cora) Graham - Port Gibson, NY

Cora passed peacefully on October 5th, 2024 at the age of 97. Predeceased by her father Herman Brockhuizen and mother Adriana Brockhuizen, first husband of 48 years, Willard Pentycofe, brothers Tom, Case, Herman, Edward, Robert (Bob), Wilson (Bill) Brockhuizen, and sisters Marie Bush, Adriana Tyler, Minnie Van Kouwenberg. Survived by husband Kenneth Graham and niece Gina Brockhuizen Salisbury, and many nieces and nephews.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Cora grew up in East Palmyra, NY and graduated from Newark High School. Cora then worked for Garlock Sealing Technologies in Palmyra, NY for 39 years, retiring at 55 years old. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, collecting Hummel figurines, cross-stitching, and playing dominoes and card games. In retirement, she enjoyed snow-birding in Florida and South Carolina. Calling hours will be Wednesday, October 9th, 6-8 PM, at Murphy Funeral Home, 123 East Jackson Street, Palmyra, NY. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 10th, 1 PM, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 954 Sohn Alloway Road, Lyons, NY. Burial will be immediately following the service in Port Gibson Cemetery, Canandaigua St, Port Gibson, NY.
