David K. Brown

Palmyra:  David Kenneth Brown of Palmyra, NY passed away on June 25, 2017 at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital at age 71.  He is survived by his daughter Lori Ann Brown and her mother Marcia Elizabeth Brown. He also leaves behind the extended Brown family and a great many good friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Florence Brown, his sister Ruthie Brown, her husband Lewis Brown and their son Wayne Brown.

He was employed by The Gleason Works for over 45 years. Prior to that he served in the US Army.  He was a 1964 graduate of Wayne Central High School, where he lettered in several sports.

Family and friends may join for a time of visitation on Saturday (October 28) from 10 AM - 12 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 123 E. Jackson St., Palmyra NY.  Interment in Palmyra Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in David's name with Palmyra Ambulance, the Wayne County Humane Society or Lollipop Farm.
