David C. Nicholson

Macedon, NY:   Passed away on November 13, 2022 at the age of 76.  He was predeceased by his parents, James and Mabel,  and brother Gary.  Survived by his wife Amy; children Jamie (Danielle) Nicholson, and Kelly (David) Isabella; step daughters Meredith and Jensen; grandchildren Justin (Ashley) and Olivia; great grandchildren Grace and Sterling; brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephew.

He served his country (1966-1970) including a tour in Vietnam.  After returning home he began his career as a mechanic at NYSDOT where he worked for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, antiquing, watching football, traveling and spending his summers in the 1000 islands.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, November 18, 2022, from 4-7 pm at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 State Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502.  To light a candle, leave a condolence, or to upload a photo please visit www.murphyfuneralservices.com.  In lieu of flowers donations in memory of David may be made to the American Diabetes Association, or the American Heart Association.
