Debra Sue Koretz

Rochester:  Debra was born on April 4, 1950 and passed away on February 8, 2015 at age 64.  She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Bernice Koretz; sister, Rosalyn Koretz.  Debra is survived by her brother, Daniel (Diane) Koretz M.D.; niece, Leslie; nephew, Mitchell.

Debra shared an interest in artwork with her mother Bernice.  She also enjoyed music and graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen, MI.  Her favorite instrument to play was the flute.  Debra attended Knox college and after that she went onto graduate from Rochester Dental Assistants School and worked sometime as a dental assistant.  After moving to the Washington D.C. area, Debra graduated from Prince George's Community College, where she received an AA degree in Nursing.  She later obtained her R.N. degree and worked as a nurse.

Friends are invited to attend Debra's memorial service on Saturday (February 14)  1 PM at New Hope Church 62 North Union Street Rochester, NY .
