Debra A. Williams

Palmyra: Debra passed away on January 15, 2016 at age 56.  She was born in Rochester, NY on May 8, 1959.  Debra is survived by her mother, Zoe Williams; daughter, Destiny; Son, Eric; granddaughter, Alivia; sisters, Tracy Bliss, Wendy Mullen and Evie Lewis; brother, Ritchie Lewis; nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Williams and brother, James Lewis.
