Lewis, Donald G., Jr.        "Donnie"

Palmyra:  Passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the age of 66.  Donnie was born on July 14, 1950 in Rochester, NY to the late Donald, Sr. and Lillie " Gregory" Lewis.  He was predeceased by his sister Barb and his brother Joseph.  Donnie is survived by his sons, Michael (Brooke) and Jason (Angela) Lewis; grandons, Ethan, Owen and Caleb; brothers, Danny (Debby) and Billy; sisters, Gail and Tammy; many close friends and extended family.

Donnie was a retired machine operator for Garlock Sealing Technologies where he had worked for thirty eight years and was a member of the UAW Local 588.  He enjoyed deer hunting and playing golf with his sons and friends.  Donnie loved spending time with his grandsons and always took part in whatever games they were playing.  He also enjoyed visiting local casinos and playing almost any card game.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of visitation on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 5-7PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 123 East Jackson Street, Palmyra, NY 14522 where a memorial service will follow.  Online condolences may be left at www.murphyfuneralservices.com.
