Earl R. Hinkson Sr.

Macedon: Passed away July 1, 2014 at age 90.  Earl was predeceased by his wife, Betty Hinkson of 70 years and grandson, P.J. Hinkson.  Survived by his son, Earl (Kathy) Hinkson and daughter, Debbie (Joseph) Koselny; 3 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Halm; sisters, Irene Gilispi and Linda (Pat) Moore; sister-in-law, Mary Allen.

Earl was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in World War II.  He was a life member of the Macedon Center Fire Department.  Earl retired from St. Anns Home.

Friends may join the family Wednesday (July 9) from 10 AM- 12 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Route 31, Macedon.  Earl's burial will be in Macedon Center Cemetery.  Contributions may be directed to the Macedon Center Fire Department, 2481 Canandaigua Road, Macedon, NY 14502, in Earl's memory.  Online condolences may be left at www.murphyfuneralservices.com .
