Lincoln, Elinor Alice      "Pinky"

Macedon:  Passed away at her home,  on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 , with her family by her side. Elinor was born on June 14, 1942 to Vern and Christine Daniels in Rochester, NY.  She was predeceased by her parents and her son Lloyd Paul Lincoln.  She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Tom; children,  Thomas (Christie) Spangenberg, Sharon (Mark) Brown, Debbie Corrales, Dawn Laws, Dianna Lincoln and Lisa (Scott) Power; grandchildren, Nina, Roy, Christine, Thomas, Thomas, Sasha, Alfredo, Louis, Michael and Valarie; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Ernissee and brother Robert Daniels; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Elinor was employed for many years with the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District as a custodian.  Elinor was a member of the Towpath Fife and Drum Corps of Macedon, was an avid supporter of MADD, enjoyed playing the card game Skip-Bo and working on latch hook rugs.  Elinor was a true fan of the Buffalo Bills, the Syracuse Orange and the Irish of Notre Dame.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1040 Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502 where a celebration of Elinor's life will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at noon.  Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Baird Road, Penfield, NY.  Memorials in memory of Elinor may be directed to the American Lung Association.
