Frank L. Forney Jr. passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth Sneath and Frank L. Forney Sr., as well as his wife, Norma Forney.

He is survived by his sister, Donna Morris, and his loving children: Frank Forney III (Sharon), Debbie Murray (Patrick), Gregory Forney, Cindy Hughes (Douglas), Douglas Forney (Maura), Teresa Forney, and Michele Leader. Frank was a proud grandfather to 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Frank was a hard-working entrepreneur, owning and operating several businesses before retiring. In retirement, he enjoyed watching sports, playing games with friends, dining out, and taking part in day trips while living at Westwood Commons.

A private graveside service for immediate family will be held in Portville, NY, where Frank will be laid to rest beside his cherished mother.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to UR Medicine Home Care , in appreciation of the heartfelt compassion and kindness shown to Frank during his final days.
