Fred Williams

Victor – Fred passed away on May 17, 2020 at age 93.  He was predeceased by his son, Jim; brothers, Bob, Ed, Jack and nephew, Jeff.  Fred is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Ruth; his devoted daughter, Cathy (Rich); grandchildren, Matthew, Fritz and Rachel, all of whom he loved and enjoyed spending time with.  He is also survived by his nieces, Susan, Sally, Nancy and Laurie as well as many other great nieces and nephews.

Fred worked for Schlegel Corporation for 27 years.  He enjoyed many years of retirement, boating at Sodus Bay Yacht Club, golfing, traveling with friends, building homes, making furniture, baking Danish and enjoying manhattans at the end of the day.  Fred was a talented individual who enjoyed life with his family, friends and loving dogs.  As Matt always said, "Grandpa you're a great American".  In Grandpa's words, "I love you Ruthie…till we see each other again".
