Ontario - Frederick W. Bouchard "Freddie" passed away peacefully on March 15th, 2022. Predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Carolyn Ann and son, Phillip Bouchard. He is survived by his brother, Joseph Bouchard; devoted daughters, Gwen DeBack & Kim (Bill) Wilcox; grandchildren, Chris (Megan) DeBack, Kolby (Katie) Bouchard, Trish (Bryan) Reiber, Brittny (Vlad) Petricevic; great-grandchildren, Layla & Madelyn Bouchard, Paisley Reiber, Luka & Landon Petricevic and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Fred was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was a lifelong member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 46.

A Memorial Mass will be offered on Friday (March 18), 10 AM at Holy Trinity Church, 1460 Ridge Road, Webster – please enter the church on the ground floor through the back of the church. Interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Friendly Home. We greatly appreciate their exceptional care that was provided to Fred.
