Gary P. Lawless

Manchester: Gary passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at age 69.  He was born on March 2, 1947 in Saranac Lake, NY to the late Francis Leonard and Edna Lawless.  Gary was predeceased by his sisters, Yvonne and Nancy; brother, Roger.  He is survived by his sister, Karen and brothers, James and David; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Gary graduated from St. Pius X High School in Saranac Lake, in 1965.  He immediately joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his country.  While in the service, Gary served in Vietnam, and was stationed in Okinawa, Philippines and Germany.  In 1969, Gary was honorably discharged from the service and went to work for Rochester Tel. until 2011, when he retired.  He was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed watching baseball.  Gary loved his dogs and enjoyed taking them for rides through the countryside.
