Gerald J. Scheer

Palmyra: Gerald passed away on January 19, 2016.  He was born in Carbondale, PA on October 2, 1925.  Gerald was predeceased by his siblings, Arthur, Albert and Florence.  He is survived by his best friend and wife of 65 years, Dorothy Scheer; children, Rodney (Gina) Scheer, David (Gulnara) Scheer, Anne (Doug) Dickson and James (Heidi) Scheer; grandchildren, Justin, Collin, Torey, Arthur, Scott, Mark, Jacob and Noah; sister, Ruth.  Gerald proudly served his country in the Army National Guard.  He retired from Kodak after 18 years.  Gerald was a dedicated parishioner of St. Anne's Church in Palmyra, NY, for 56 years.
