Palmyra – Jan passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024 surrounded by her family.  She was born on Friday, September 3, 1948 to the late Bruce and Kathleen Clonch, in Clarksburg, West Virginia.  Jan was also predeceased by her siblings, Thomas Clonch and Karon Rockwell.

Jan is survived by her husband of 43 years, Wayne Worden; daughter, Karrie (Paul) Bowers; grandchildren, Kassidie Bowers (Sebastian Irizarry) and Jacob Bowers (Paige Sutter); great grandson, Luca Paul Irizarry; siblings, Daniel (Maria) Clonch, Kathy (Jay) Menaldino, Deborah Besley, and Kathy Clonch; several nieces and nephews as well as several great nieces and nephews and her former husband, lifelong friend, Larry (Joyce) Gommenginger.

Jan owned her Hair Salon, Look of Total Hair Design, for 58 years in the Town of Macedon where she was very active in her community. She was a life-long member of the Macedon Center Fire Department where she served on the Ladies Auxiliary for 40 + years. Jan had many hobbies such as crocheting and knitting which she made many items to give to people.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 4-7PM on Wednesday (September 11) at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Rte. 31, Macedon, NY 14502, where her funeral service will be held on Thursday (September 12) at 11 AM. A memorial celebration will take place at a later date.
