MACEDON: Jeffrey passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the age of 62. He was predeceased by his son, Joseph Bowen; father, Ellis Wamsley; brother, Kenneth Wamsley; and sister, Rhonda Thumbtzen.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Judy Wamsley; son, Josh (Kelly) Bowen; mother, Doris Wamsley; grandchildren, Xavier, Jillian, Nevaeh, and Gabriel; aunts, Georgina Minier and Marian (Gerald) Verkhest; and many cousins.

Jeffrey shared a special bond with his mother, Doris, whom he cared for with unwavering dedication. He was a talented carpenter by trade. Jeffrey was a fun-loving soul and had a knack for bringing joy and humor to those around him. Among his many passions, Jeffrey had a deep love for motorcycles, and his role as Vice President of the Riders Forever group allowed him to share his enthusiasm with fellow bikers. His dedication and leadership within the motorcycle community have left a mark that will not be forgotten.

Jeffrey's presence will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life for Jeffrey will be held on Saturday, November 16 at 3:00PM at the Palmyra Moose Lodge, 3808 State Route 31, Palmyra, NY 14522.
