Joanne "Jo" (Spencer) Moore, 65, of Johnson City, NY passed away unexpectedly on August 23, 2024.   Joanne was born on June 12, 1959 in Endicott, NY.  She is predeceased by her mother Rose Conklin, her father William "Bill" Spencer, her son Luke Anthony Spencer and her sister Mary Buchanan.

Joanne is survived by her husband Marshall Moore married 26 years and together many more.  She is also survived by her children BettyJo McPeek, Shelby Headley, Timothy (Phyllis) Spencer, Em (Elizabeth Turner) Moore and Luke Spencer; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Joanne had 13 brothers and sisters, but she made many memories with her sister Nora Spencer Cieslinski and her brothers Jimmy Spencer and Matt Travis.  Joanne loved her family very much, she enjoyed spending holidays with her family, having many family barbecues at her house, watching scary movies, coloring, listening to music, playing card games with her family and online shopping.
