John H. Hapke

Farmington: After a long illness, John passed away on Friday March 21, 2014 at age 49. John was predeceased by his aunt and uncle, Dave and Yvette DePuyt and uncle, Arnie Stephens. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Doris Hapke; brothers, Jeff Hapke, Ken (Judy) Hapke, Rick (Lynn) Hapke, and Larry (Carol) Hapke; nephew, Austin; nieces, Tara (Jamie), Laura, Leah, Jessica, Tina, Rea, and Julie; 3 great-nephews, James, Joel and Jayden; aunts and uncles, Rita and Walter Dorofy, Leo and Eleanor Johnson, Al and Jane Johnson, Robert and Mayola Johnson, Raymond and Nancy Johnson, Jerry and Sharon Johnson, Nancy and Fran Ridley, Diane Stephens, Betty and Bob Rienholtz; numerous cousins; special friends Lydia and Savanah; many dear friends.

John loved his family very much and he will be missed by all.

Friends may join the family Tuesday (March 25) from 4-7 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Route 31, Macedon, NY, where his funeral service will be held at 7 PM. Interment Macedon Village Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of your choice, in John's memory.
