Socha, John

Syracuse/Palmyra:  Peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at his home in Palmyra.  John was born on July 7, 1933 to John and Catherine (Holocinski) Socha.  John was the Chief Administrator for the VA Medical Center in the City of Syracuse and was retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant.  He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Florence and son, Brad (Shelley) Socha.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in the Spring.  Memorials in memory of John may be directed to St. Katharine Drexel Parish at St. Patrick's Church, 52 Main Street, Macedon, New York  14502.
