Julie A. Schlesing

Farmington:  Passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at the age of 53. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Julie was predeceased by her parents John and Phyllis Schlesing. She is survived by son Jonathan (Megan) Schlesing; wife Krisha Yungfleisch; sisters Jacqueline (Reg) Eaton, Wendy (Marcos) Oseguera; niece Krista (Rich) Mitchell; nephew Ronnie (Mary) Acciari; several great nieces and nephews, and several cousins. She looked at her cousin, Tina, as a third sister.

When her son, Jonathan "Jon", was younger she enjoyed playing catch with him. She enjoyed watching Jon play baseball games. Julie saw the Yankees with her father and Jon. She was a mother that worked hard to give her son as much as she could.  Julie was a person that enjoyed being with family. She enjoyed summer and being outside watching the birds and other animals. She spent a lot of time outdoors taking walks with her wife Krisha, hand in hand, on the pier at Canandaigua. She also enjoyed watching lifetime movies with Krisha. She enjoyed walking her favorite dog Faith.  She enjoyed concerts with her sisters and family. She liked to go to the state fair with her sisters and wife. She enjoyed fishing at Tina's cottage. She enjoyed cruises with her family and going to Casinos.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of visitation on, Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 11AM until 12noon, when family and friends will have a memorial service to celebrate Julie's life, at the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1040 State Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502.  Please visit the tribute wall to Julie's obituary at www.murphyfuneralservices.com to leave a condolence, light a candle, or to upload a photo.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Julie's honor may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project , or to your local animal shelter.
