Brogan, Kathleen E.

Macedon: Formerly of Chester, VT, passed away on Thursday January 30, 2014 at age 78.  Kathleen is survived by her husband of 36 years, Robert Brogan; children, Carol Brew Reilly, Kathy Brew, Marguerite Janto, Kim Bobak, James Brogan, Kelly Dannenberg; grandchildren, Kathy and Gerard Krempasky, Christine and Michael Schwartz, Corrie Janto, Clifford Reilly Jr., James Bobak, Connor, Claire, and Anna Brogan, Ryan and Meghan Dannenberg; great-grandchildren, Madison Crowley, Ava and Makayla Watson; brother, Thomas Gallagher.  Kathleen retired from the New York City Police Department as a Sergeant Special Assignment, in the Midtown South Precinct.

Friends may join the family Sunday, February 2, from 2-4 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Route 31, Macedon, NY.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 3 at 9 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Parish at St. Patrick Church, 52 Main St. Macedon, NY.  Interment in Ascension Garden.  Contributions may be directed to The Humane Society at Lolly Pop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450, in Kathleen's memory.
