Kenneth C. Wise

Palmyra: Formerly of Marion, NY, passed away on October 22, 2017 at age 70.  Ken was born in Rochester, NY to the late Charles and Ann Wise.  He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol Wise; children, Suzanne (Todd) Brennessel, Benjamin (Julianne) Wise and Gretchen Wise; grandchildren, Rory Hubbard, Chelsea and Edmond Brennessel, John and Eliana Wise; brother, Rodney (Karen) Wise; aunt, Hilda Scofield; several nieces and nephews.

Ken proudly served his country, during Vietnam in the United States Air Force.  He worked for Eastman Kodak for 25 years and retired from Johnson & Johnson.  Ken enjoyed camping in the Adirondacks with his family and the Boy Scouts. While living in Marion, NY, Ken was involved with the Marion Fire Department.  His hobbies included HAM Radio and making pottery.  Ken was active in men's support groups for the blind with the Rochester ABVI and the VA in Canandaigua.

Ken's memorial service will be held on Friday (October 27) at 10 AM at Zion Episcopal Church, 120 E. Main St., Palmyra, NY 14522. A graveside service will be held on Friday (October 27) at 2 PM at Marion Cemetery, Marion, NY.
