Morrow, Lawrence J.             "Larry"

Ontario:  Died on Friday, April 11, 2014 at his residence at the age of 88.  Larry was born on May 27, 1925 to Bridget and Leo Morrow.  He was predeceased by his parents; wife Marvel; brothers, Phil, Frank and Cecil Morrow.  Survived by his son Steve Morrow; sisters-in-law, Nona and Ann; many nieces and nephews.

Larry retired from the Genesee Brewing Company in 1987 after 35 years of service with the company.  He was a veteran of the United States Army having served his country during the Korean Conflict.  He was awarded the Korean Service Medal with 3 Bronze Service Stars.  Larry was a member of the Ontario American Legion.  Both he and his wife, Marvel, enjoyed NASCAR.  Marvel's family owned the Spencer Speedway for many years.  Larry's favoite driver was Bill Elliott.

There will be no prior visitation.  Larry's graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at 1PM at the Furnaceville Cemetery in Ontario, NY.  Memorials may be made to the Ontario American Legion, PO Box 428, Ontario, NY 14519
