Baeumel, Mark S.        "Marky"

Lyons:  On January 15, 2014 after a long and courageous battle.  Mark was born on March 22, 1962 to Carl Baeumel and Dorothy Barrett in Bradenton, Florida.  He was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Debbie Germain.  Mark is survived by his wife of 25 years, Katrina; parents Carl (Betty) Baeumel and Dorothy Barrett; children, Michael (Renee) Bills and Katie Loveless; grandchildren Jacob and Kayleigh; brothers, Charles and James (Margie) Baeumel; sister, Deanna (David) Geis; mother and father-in-law, Elsie and Jim Moll; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mark was a dedicated American Patriot having served in the US Army from 1979-1983.  His interests included anything to do with the Civil War.  He particularly took interest in Robert E. Lee and Gettysburg.  In addition, Mark was a dedicated Miami Dolphins fan.  Mark was part Native American and took an interest in that part of his heritage.  He enjoyed vacationing at the Cherokee Reservation in Western, North Carolina.  Mark was a true Southern gentleman.

There will be no calling hours.  A memorial service to celebrate Mark's life will be offered on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 11AM, in the Zion West Walworth United Methodist Church, 3960 West Walworth Road, Macedon, NY 14502.  Interment services will be held privately at Webster Rural Cemetery.  Memorial donations in memory of Mark may be made to the family, c/o Zion West Walworth United Methodist Church.  Condolences may be left at www.murphyfuneralservices.com .
