Mark Vander Weel

WILLIAMSON: Went to heaven this week, peacefully in his sleep. Mark was born in Rochester, New York, August 25, 1954 to Walter and Pauline Vander Weel. He was a very gentle and loving person. He loved his family, friends and was passionate towards stray animals who he helped and nurtured. Most of all, Mark loved Jesus. He enjoyed reading and listening to Bible stories. Mark is survived by his girlfriend Darlene; his mother Pauline; his sister Lynn and her husband Jim; his brother Scott and Scott's wife Martha; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday (May 8) 2 PM at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario, NY 14519. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to: Converge Worldwide Ministry. Please go to: convergeworldwide.org/give/195714.
