Matthew Thomas Osborn

Marion: Passed away on Sunday November 9, 2014 at the age of 46 at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Matt was born September 4, 1968 to Joseph and Carol Osborn in Fort Knox, KY.  He served in the United States Army as active duty 1987 to 1991 as a motor transport operator.  Matt served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

Matt was a Snap-On Tool Dealer for 10years also previously he worked at Andy's Auto Parts on Lakeside Road and had recently worked for Wilbert's Lakeside where he sat at the same chair he did for Andy's Auto Parts!

In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, riding 4wheelers, dirt bikes, tractor pulls and fishing and we cannot forget smoking his tires on his Camero for his kids and his own entertainment!

Matt is survived by his wife, Sarra Osborn; 5 children Eva, Emma, Josh, Grace and Ian; his parents Joe and Carol Osborn; 5 siblings Joe Osborn III, Danielle Rice, Janine Corea, Chris Osborn and Andy Osborn; several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Friends may join the family Wednesday (November 12) from 4-8 PM at St. Mary's of the Lake Church, 5823 Walworth Rd., Ontario, NY, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday (November 13) at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers please make contributions to the Osborn Kids Educational Fund C/O ESL Credit Union, 140 South Main Street, Newark, NY 14513 .  To leave the family a condolence, please visit www.murphyfuneralservices.com.
