Green, Millie

Palmyra:  Passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the age of 92.  Millie was born on October 18, 1922 in Macedon, NY, to Laura " De Camp" and Charles Allen.  She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence in 2006.  She is survived by her children; Kim ( David) De Weaver, Bonnie (Daniel) Juda, Dona (Eric) Shaw, Richard ( Lynn) Green, Jerry (Barbra) Green and Kathy (Bill Brasser) Frey; grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

In earlier years, Millie enjoyed doing many different types of crafts.  One particular interest was refinishing and reupholstering furniture.  Millie enjoyed traveling and had the opportunity to visit most of the fifty states.  Her favorite thing to read was the Times of Wayne County.

There will be no public visitation.  Friends and family are invited to join together for a celebration of Millie's life, on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 11AM, in the Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapel, 1040 Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502.  Interment will follow at the Macedon Center Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in memory of Millie may be made to Macedon Veterinary Care, West Wayne Plaza, 1900 State Route 31, Macedon, NY 14502, in honor of all her fury friends.  Online condolences may be left at www.murphyfuneralservices.com .
