Marion – Nick passed away on October 21, 2026 at age 39. He was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Theresa Hasbrouck and Harry Matteson; cousin, Jason Morph.

Nick is survived by his parents, Bob (Mary Frodella) Hasbrouck and Darla Hasbrouck; brothers, Derek (Ashley) Hasbrouck and Matt Hasbrouck; nieces and nephews, Eric, Brendan and Leah Dubach, and Onika Hill; grandmother, Darlene Matteson; son, Lyle Maverick; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Nick was a longtime Denver Broncos fan who enjoyed motocross and attending national events with his brothers. Known as “The Grill Master,” Nick loved spending time grilling and sharing those moments with others. Above all, family meant everything to Nick, especially his beloved nieces and nephews. Nick will be deeply missed by his family and those who loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2PM at Marion American Legion, 4141 Witherden Rd., Marion, NY 14505.
