Norm passed away peacefully on 7/3/25 at Newark Wayne Hospital with his family by his side.

Norm was born 3/26/48 to the late William & Helena Toner. He was predeceased by his twin brother Michael.

Norm is survived by his wife Joyce of 54 years; son, Norman Jr.; daughter, Brenda; 5 grandchildren: Brittany, Marissa, Robert, Sam, & Lucas; 7 great grandchildren; God daughter, Sue; sisters, Barbara, Donna, Nancy, Janet, and Sharon.

Norm was one of seven children brought up on the family farm. He graduated from Sauquoit Valley Central School. He married his wife Joyce Williams in 1970. Always a hard worker, he owned a successful business for 24 years, building many pole barns in the area. He also worked for Marshall Farms & Santelli Lumber.

Norm was loved and will be greatly missed.

As per his request there will be no services.
