Patrick Michael Connolly   "Pat"

Ontario:  Patrick passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday, December 10, 2018 at the age of 55.  Born on July 31, 1963 in Rochester, NY to Gary R. Connolly and the late Sharon Mayeu.  Pat was also predeceased by his brother Thomas "Tom" in 2017. He is survived by his father; brothers, Timothy and Rory Connolly; nephew Coty Connolly; nieces Kayla, Destiny and Braelyn Connolly; stepfather William Bergeson, extended family and many friends.
