Peter, Weston

Palmyra: Passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the age of 83.  Peter was born on November 8, 1931, in Manchester, England, to Edith "Harrison" and William Weston.  He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Gerard Weston.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mavis; brother Brian (Pamela) Weston; daughters Corinne (Scott) Brumfield and Hayley (David) Murphy; grandchildren, Tara (Bryan) McLin, Alexy (Carl) Honore, Grace Murphy and Peter Murphy; great grandchildren Layla McLin and Colton Honore, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Peter served in the British Army, Queens 9th Royal Lancers from 1950-1952.   He was a machinist  with Kodak for 29 years; was an avid Manchester United fan and enjoyed the game of golf.  In later years, Peter enjoyed not only traveling back to England, but to the areas where his daughters were currently living.
