Richard J. Garland, Jr. passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 71. He was born September 22, 1953, in Rochester New York. Rich was a 38 year employee of Rochester Coca-Cola Bottling Company. He enjoyed drag racing at Spencer Speedway in Williamson, tinkering in the garage, and working on his car and trucks.

Rich is predeceased by his parents Helen and Richard J. Garland, Sr.  Rich is survived by his wife of 38 years Marilynn (Wilson) Garland, his children; Cynthia Garland Lane, Daniel Garland, Marilynn Garland, Richard Garland III, and Michele Garland. His grandchildren, Courtney, Meghan, Shawn, Alilyana, Audrina, Zoey, Ariella, Ryleigh, Angelina, Avery, Austin, and Jaxon.
