Robert John "Bob" Reynolds

11/17/1958 – 6/28/2024

Bob passed away peacefully at his residence in Williamson, NY.  He is predeceased by his father George and brother Jim.    He is survived by his mother, Lucille Reynolds, St Ann's Home in Rochester and his seven siblings:  Marilyn, Naples FL; Paul (Betty), Syracuse, NY; Carol (Bill) Roberts, Rochester, NY;  Bill (Tracey ), Ontario, NY; Tim (Deanna) and Sue (Chris) Steinruck, both in Williamson, NY; and John, Minneapolis, MN; as well as many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, who remember him fondly as a fun-loving uncle when they were young.  He will also be missed by great-aunt/godmother Muriel Cole,  great-aunt Ethelyn Hamlin, and assorted Reynolds and Delahanty cousins.

Bob attended Wayne Central School where he was an all-star soccer player and part of the last Wayne team to win a sectional championship in 1974.  He also participated on the ski and golf teams.  Known to many as "Rat", Bob worked in construction and loved cooking, NASCAR racing, and acting as a roadie for his friend's band.  He discovered bird watching as his mobility decreased. He found a special community and friends at Williamson Orchard Estates in his recent years. Bob worked diligently to get a community garden approved and flourishing there.  He shared his time and talents helping his neighbors, including the 4-legged ones.

A short graveside service at Calvary Cemetery in Ontario will be held on July 26, at 11 am.  This will be immediately followed by a lunch reception at the adjoining parish hall at St Mary's of the Lake/Maximilian Kobe in Ontario.
