May 13,1960 - November 21, 2025 - Passed away while surrounded by her loved ones. Survived by her children Keith Nesbitt, Tonya Minnamon, Stephanie (Adam) Purdy. Matt (Jamy) Allen, Darcy Allen Jr., Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A Celebration of Ruth's life will be held from 2:30PM - 5:30PM on Saturday, December 6, at Webster Recreation Department, Room 214, 1350 Chiyoda Dr., Webster, NY 14580.
