Ruthann Carlberg

Marion: Formerly of Palmyra unexpectedly passed away on February 21, 2017.  Ruthann was born in Ovid, NY to the late Robert and Geraldine Jacott.  Predeceased by 2 daughters and 2 brothers.  Ruthann is survived by her daughters, Margaret and Dawn; sons, Vincent and Mark; brother, Dick (Kathy); sister, Merrielee; grandchildren, John, Marcus, Crystal, Leya, Janyce and Maxine; 9 great grandchildren.

Everyone thought of Ruthann as a kind, nice and very loving person.  She would often volunteer her time with the Palmyra Senior Living Center.  Ruthann owned and operated Ruthie's restaurant in Wolcott for 20 years.  She loved her dog Precious very much.
