Susan L. Pritchard

Lyons: Born to William & Eileen Livingston of Fairport, NY. Susan was a proud graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School and went on to earn her undergraduate degrees from SUNY Morrisville & R.I.T., then a Masters degree from Nazareth College. She taught elementary education briefly before returning to her Dietetic Technician degree, eventually retiring from Hillside Children's Center. From a young age & throughout her life, Susan enjoyed camping & traveling with family. She also loved ballroom & swing dancing, and listening to live (especially Irish) music. Susan initially battled CNS Lymphoma of the brain in 2018 and after being gifted with almost 5 additional healthy years, she finally succumbed to a second bout on June 16, 2023.

Susan is survived by her husband Earl Pritchard; children Maureen Gaffney LaFontaine (Matt), Patrick Gaffney (Kathleen), Peter Gaffney (Faith Botana); grandchildren Clark, Hudson, Beckett, Luca, Lincoln, Harrison, Jean; Stepdaughter Dawn Pritchard; Andrew, Jennifer & William Casciani, and Joseph Pomponio; sister Bobbi Henk (Bob); brothers Daniel Livingston (Felicia), Doug Livingston (Liz); numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews and cousins.

Friends & mourners may join her family and celebrate Susan's life during calling hours on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 4-7pm at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Route 31 Macedon, NY 14502. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday June 28. 2023 at 10am at St. Josaphats Church in Rochester.  A graveside service will follow at White Haven Memorial Park in Pittsford.
