Terrence "Skipper" Wilkinson, 67, from Canandaigua, NY (and formerly from Jupiter, Fla. for over 40 years) passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving brothers and sister on Friday, July 4, 2025, following a short illness.

Terry was born in Sayre, Pa., the son of Joseph H. and Barbara "Joan" Wilkinson.  He was a graduate of Athens High School Class of 1975, Paul Smith College and Florida International University, with degrees in Hotel/Restaurant Management.  Terry was a retired manager and chef for Nick's Tomato Pie in Jupiter, Fla. Skipper was an avid golfer and a huge Buffalo Bills and Penn State fan.  He showed his love of motor sports by driving his own Porsche - his favorite car.  His passion for cooking was certainly displayed throughout his career.  Musically, his favorite artist was Bruce Springsteen.

Terry is survived by his sister and brother-in-law (Cindy and Joseph Yanuzzi of Sayre), his brother and sister-in-law (Jeffrey and Susan Wilkinson of Silver Spring, Fla.) and brother and sister-in-law (Christopher and Kim Wilkinson of Rochester, NY).

Terry is also survived by a special nephew (Zackary Wilkinson), and his beloved Yellow Lab (Sophia).

Arrangements are entrusted to Finger Lakes Cremation, Macedon, NY.

A time of celebration for friends and family will be held at Yanuzzi's Restaurant (235 Desmond Street, Sayre, Pa.) on Tuesday, July 29 from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.
