Timothy G. Ferris

Greece – Tim passed away on March 5, 2022 at age 64.  He was predeceased by his father, Glenn Popenhusen and brother, Alan Rowe.

Tim is survived by his mother, Barbara Popenhusen; children, Zackary Ferris and Thomas C. Ferris; sisters, Victoria (Miguel) Ferris, Amy (Tim) Freitas, and Laurel (David) Popenhusen-Bruinix; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and aunts.

Tim was an avid golfer and wonderful woodworker.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and color guard for over 21 years.  Tim enjoyed staying active and fit.  He would often participate in running marathons.

Family and friends may gather for visitation from 4-7 PM on Friday (March 11) at Murphy Funeral & Cremation Chapels, 1040 Rte. 31, Macedon, NY 14502.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday (March 12), 2 PM at Farmington Friends Meeting, 187 County Road 8, Farmington, NY 14425.  Tim will be laid to rest in North Farmington Friends Cemetery in the Spring.
